Science & Storytelling | Writer's Studio

As humans, we have been hardwired to devote precious attention and memory to understanding stories—but how do we, as scientists, harness the power of storytelling to make our research more compelling?

In this workshop we will discuss what exactly makes a story compelling and then demonstrate how we can transfer these components into a research article context. Attendees will then have the opportunity to map out the “plot” of their own research.
